Alfred Tembey

Alfred was born in April 1876 in Gold Hill, Storey Co, Nevada. Alfred's father was William Tembey and his mother was Amelia Nicholls. His paternal grandparents were John Tembey and Jane Toy; his maternal grandparents are William Nicholls and Elizabeth Kneebone. He had six brothers and five sisters, named William, John, Christopher, George, Samuel, Bert, Amelia Ellen, Elizabeth Jane, Bessie, Alma Carrie and Mabel. He is the sixth oldest of the twelve children.
