Alice Salisbury

Alice was born in June 1894 in Preston, Lancashire, England.¹ Alice's father is Joseph Salisbury and her mother is Alice Birch. Her paternal grandmother is Mary Greenwood; her maternal grandparents were Edward Birch and Ann Mayor. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Edward, Thomas, James, Joseph, John, Frederick, Ann, Susannah and Margaret Ellen. She is the eighth oldest of the ten children.
