Male Edward Birch

Edward was born in 1834 in Kirkham, Fylde, Lancashire, England.  Edward's father was Edward Birch and his mother is Alice Nixon. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Jane, Nancy, Margaret and Alice.  He was the sixth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 50 on May 14th, 1884 in Walton Le Dale, Preston, Lancashire, England.  His burial was in June 1884 in New Hall Lane, Preston, Lancashire, England.1 2 

Edward's family with Ann Mayor

Edward and Ann were married in a religious ceremony on September 4th, 1858 in Church Street, Broughton, Preston, Lancashire, England.3   They had two sons and five daughters, named James, James, Susannah, Sarah Ann, Sarah Jane, Margaret Ann and Alice.
