Male John Heaton

John was born on August 12th, 1884 in Preston, Lancashire, England.1   John's father was John Heaton and his mother was Grace Pilkington.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Heaton and Margaret Bailey; his maternal grandfather was Hugh Pilkington and his maternal grandmother is Ann Seddon. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Robert, Margaret Bailey, Jane, Alice and Bessie.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 84 on November 10th, 1968 in Preston, Lancashire, England.1

John and Jane were married in a religious ceremony on August 18th, 1910 in Baptist Chapel, Great Avenham Street, Preston, Lancashire, England.  They had two daughters named Bertha and Mildred.
