William Beaton Sutherland

William was born on March 24th, 1873. William's father was William Alexander Sutherland and his mother was Charlotte Elizabeth Caust. His paternal grandparents were William Sutherland and Janet Bethune; his maternal grandparents were James Phillip Caust or Cause and Ann Clogg. He had nine brothers and four sisters, named Donald, Alexander, John, Malcolm, Archibald, Duncan, Angus, Arthur, Norman , Mabel, Alma, Jessie and Florence. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 52 on September 15th, 1925.
