William Prett Rinehart

William Prett was born on February 21st, 1834 in Washington Co., MD.¹ William Prett's father was Samuel Rinehart and his mother was Lydia Prett. His paternal grandparents were Henry Peter Rinehart and Elizabeth Longanecker. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Henry, Jeremiah, John David, Samuel Avey, Martin Luther, Ann Rebecca, Elizabeth Catherine, Susan A., Lydia Ann, Mary Ann and Sophia Jane. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 78 on February 29th, 1912 in Ogden, Boone, IA.²
