Jeremiah Rinehart

Jeremiah was born on July 26th, 1837 in Maryland Or Virginia.¹ Jeremiah's father was Samuel Rinehart and his mother was Lydia Prett. His paternal grandparents were Henry Peter Rinehart and Elizabeth Longanecker. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Henry, William Prett, John David, Samuel Avey, Martin Luther, Ann Rebecca, Elizabeth Catherine, Susan A., Lydia Ann, Mary Ann and Sophia Jane. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 96 in March 1934 in Des Moines, IA.
