John (Jack) Doleman

John (Jack) was born in 1898 in unsure. John (Jack)'s father was John Doleman and his mother was Christina Barr. His paternal grandparents were William Doleman and Annie Young; his maternal grandparents were Duncan Barr and Agnes Russell. He had four brothers and a sister, named Duncan Barr, William, James , George Wilfred and Agnes Russell. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 62 in 1960 in GLASGOW Lanarkshire Scotland.

General Notes
- Had piece of shrapnel lodged against his heart during 1st world war and was discharged in 1916. played at Glasgow Golf Club and was officially designated to play as one armed golfer. Was match secretary until 1959. Buried in Hillfoot Cemetary Glasgow
