Josepha was born on October 2nd, 1790 at Křižánky č.67.1  Josepha's father was Bonaventura Zástěra and her mother was Elisabeth Wesselá.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan Zástěra and Therezie. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Pavel, M.., Maria, Anna, Barbora, Elisabeta and Františka ?.  She was the fifth oldest of the eight children.
