Barbora was born in 1793 at Křižánky č.67.1  Barbora's father was Bonaventura Zástěra and her mother was Elisabeth Wesselá.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan Zástěra and Therezie. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Pavel, M.., Maria, Anna, Josepha, Elisabeta and Františka ?.  She was the sixth oldest of the eight children.
