Thomas was born on November 22nd, 1746.1   Thomas' father was Jan Zástěra and his mother was Johana Kubíková.  His paternal grandparents were Václav Zástěra and Anna. He had two brothers and a sister, named Jan, Thomas and Antonie.  He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Bonaventura, Josefa and Anna.  He died at the age of 3 on April 25th, 1750.1
