Ronald was born on March 20th, 1937 in London.1   Ronald's father was William James Wright and his mother was Mary Ann (Rosetta) Rosetta Horncastle.  His maternal grandparents were William Alfred Horncastle and Elizabeth Sarah Sheldrake. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Michael, Elizabeth and Linda.  He is the third youngest of the six children.
