William Sellwood

William was born in 1698 in Newton Toney, Wiltshire and his christening took place there on August 14th, 1698.¹² William's father was William Sellwood and his mother was Anne Girle. His paternal grandparents were Richard Sellwood and Mary Osgood. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John, Richard, Joseph, Mary, Ann, Hannah and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 46 in 1744.
