John Sellwood

John was born in 1692 in Newton Toney, Wiltshire and his christening took place there on March 18th, 1692.¹² John's father was William Sellwood and his mother was Anne Girle. His paternal grandparents were Richard Sellwood and Mary Osgood. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Richard, Joseph, Mary, Ann, Hannah and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 66 in 1758.
