Richard Sellwood

Richard was born in 1700 in Newton Toney, Wiltshire and his christening took place there on February 14th, 1700.¹² Richard's father was William Sellwood and his mother was Anne Girle. His paternal grandparents were Richard Sellwood and Mary Osgood. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John, William, Joseph, Mary, Ann, Hannah and Sarah. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 76 in 1776.
