Charles Philpot

Charles was born in 1835 in Poplar, Middlesex.¹ Charles' father was William Philpot and his mother was Margaret Norman. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Norman and Mary Hogg. He had five sisters named Cecilia, Angelina, Emily, Elizabeth and Jessie. He was the oldest of the six children.
