Peter Emery

Peter was born in 1828 in Botley, Hampshire and his christening took place there on December 25th, 1821.¹² Peter's father was Joshua Emery and his mother was Ann Spencer. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Emery and Ann Collis; his maternal grandparents were Henry Spencer and Ann Carter. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Joshua, Anne, Betsy and Sally. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 87 in 1915 in South Stoneham, Hampshire.³
