Ernest John G R Buckler

Ernest was born in 1875 in Bath, Somerset.¹ Ernest's father was Robert James George Buckler and his mother was Elizabeth Catherine Rainey. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Christopher Bugler and Martha Theresa Stevens; his maternal grandparents were William Rainey and Agnes Maria Carslake. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, George, John and Catherine. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 67 in June 1942 in Chichester, Sussex.²
