John Howie

John was born on March 5th, 1866 in Edinburgh Mid Lothian Scotland. John's father was Robert Howie and his mother was Mary Anne Comb. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Howie and Agnes Clark; his maternal grandparents were Mathew Comb and Mary Crombie. He had two brothers and a sister, named Oliver, George and Agnes. He was the youngest of the four children.
