Mary Jane Foster

Mary Jane was born in 1842 in Horsforth Yorkshire and her baptism took place on July 24th, 1842 in St James Woodside Horsforth Yorkshire.¹² Mary Jane's father was Joseph Foster and her mother was Hannah Burnell. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Foster and Mary (Foster); her maternal grandparents are John Burnill and Mary Dyson. She had a brother and two sisters, named John Burnell, Emma and Hannah Maria. She is the second oldest of the four children.
