Emma Foster

Emma was born on February 7th, 1844 in Horsforth Yorkshire and her baptism took place there on June 8th, 1845.¹ Emma's father was Joseph Foster and her mother was Hannah Burnell. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Foster and Mary (Foster); her maternal grandparents are John Burnill and Mary Dyson. She had a brother and two sisters, named John Burnell, Mary Jane and Hannah Maria. She is the third oldest of the four children.
