Capt Jonathan Harvey

Jonathan was born on October 24th, 1805 in Wivenhoe Essex England and his christening took place on February 16th, 1806 in St Mary the Virgin Wivenhoe.¹ Jonathan's father was Robert Harvey and his mother was Susannah Ellingford. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Harvey and Mary Hanson; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Ellingford and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Nathaniel, Thomas, Susannah, Sarah and Mary . He had four half-brothers named William, Robert , Isaac and George. He died at the age of 72 in April 1878 in Lexden Union Stanway Lexden England.¹
