Isaac was born on July 7th, 1794 in Brook St Wivenhoe Essex England and his christening took place on July 17th, 1794 in St Mary the Virgin Wivenhoe.1   Isaac's father was Robert  Harvey and his mother was Susannah Levett.  His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Harvey and Mary  Hanson; his maternal grandparents are Isaac (of Tollesbury Hall) Levett and <Unknown>.  He had two brothers named Robert  and George.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thomas, Nathaniel, Thomas, Jonathan, William, Susannah, Sarah and Mary .  He died at the age of 33 in 1827 in At sea.1
