George was born on April 1st, 1796 in Wivenhoe Essex England and his christening took place on December 3rd, 1797 in St Mary the Virgin Wivenhoe.1   George's father was Robert  Harvey and his mother was Susannah Levett.  His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Harvey and Mary  Hanson; his maternal grandparents are Isaac (of Tollesbury Hall) Levett and <Unknown>.  He had two brothers named Robert  and Isaac.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thomas, Nathaniel, Thomas, Jonathan, William, Susannah, Sarah and Mary .  He died at the age of 50 on July 18th, 1846 in At sea Walton on Naze Essex England.1
