Janet Taylor

Janet was born on January 9th, 1842 in Ayr and her baptism took place on February 1st, 1842 in St. Quivox.^1 2

Janet's father was James Taylor and her mother was Janet Ewing.  Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Taylor and Ann Scoffield. She had four brothers named Andrew, William, James and David.  She was the second youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 81 in 1923 in Kilmarnock.
