Catherine Shaw 
Catherine was born in 1885 in Renfrewshire.1 2 Catherine's father was James Shaw and her mother was Elizabeth Bunting. Her paternal grandparents were James Shaw and Jane Wason. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Thomas, David, Jeanie and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the six children.-
