Helen Laird

Helen was born in 1844 in Paisley.¹² Helen's father was William Laird and her mother was Mary Edward. Her maternal grandparents were Robert Edward and Helen Drummond. She had a brother and six sisters, named William, Elizabeth, Mary, Jane, Margaret, Robina and Catherine. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 89 in 1933 in Cardross.
