Catherine Laird 
Catherine was born in 1865 in Paisley.1 2 Catherine's father was William Laird and her mother was Mary Edward. Her maternal grandparents were Robert Edward and Helen Drummond. She had a brother and six sisters, named William, Helen, Elizabeth, Mary, Jane, Margaret and Robina. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 27 in 1892 in Gorbals.- Death Notes
