John Kerr 
John was born in 1847.1 2 John's father was John Kerr and his mother was Mary Pitloh Cunningham. His maternal grandparents were John Cunningham and Mary Steel Mossman. He had two brothers and five sisters, named James, Adam, Janet, Mary, Isabella, Ann and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
