Agnes Hill 
Agnes was born in 1837 in Shotts.1 Agnes' father was Rev George Hill and her mother was Margaret Marshall. Her paternal grandparents were Rev George Hill and Ann Hamilton; her maternal grandparents were James Marshall and Elizabeth Hamilton. She had three brothers and four sisters, named George, William, John, Hamilton, Margaret, Anne and Anne.-
