Ramsay Gibson

Ramsay was born on July 14th, 1899 in Figart.¹

Ramsay's father was Robert John Gibson and his mother was Mary Ann Price.  His paternal grandparents were John Gibson and Eliza Jane Wray. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named William, Samuel, Henry, George, Arthur, Campbell, Robert, John, Sophia, Eva and Margaret.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.  He died as a war casualty, killed in action, at the age of 16 on July 1st, 1916 in France.  He was buried in France.^2 3
