Dalrymple Bowman

Dalrymple was born on February 13th, 1897 in Galston.¹

Dalrymple's father was Dalrymple Bowman and his mother was Annie Lawson. His paternal grandparents were Dalrymple Bowman and Jane Taylor. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Dalrymple, John, Mary, Jane and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 75 on November 19th, 1972 in Mauchline. He was cremated in Ayr.
