Humphrey was born about 1702 in Westmoreland Co., Virginia Colony.  Humphrey's father was Humphrey Quesinberry and his mother is Mary Muse.  His paternal grandparents were John Quesinberry and Anne Pope; his maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had a brother named Humphrey.  He was the younger of the two children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thomas, Jane, Anne, Bethlehem and Mary.  Humphrey is no longer alive.
