Anne was born in 1695 in King George Co. VA.  Anne's father was Humphrey Quesinberry and her mother was Elizabeth Mothershead.  Her paternal grandparents were John Quesinberry and Anne Pope; her maternal grandparents are John Mothershead and Elizabeth Bachelor. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Jane, Bethlehem and Mary.  She was the second oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers named Humphrey and Humphrey.
