Margaret Melvin Marshall

  • "Mrs Margaret Marshall Boteler, a native of Jefferson County, and widow of the
    late Robert H. Boteler, of Maryland Tract, died last Saturday at her home in
    Brunswick.  Mrs. Boteler, who was the daughter of the late John Marshall, of
    the Kearneysville neighborhood, was 67 years old, and was a most estimable
    lady.  She leaves seven daughters and two sons - Mrs Minnie Buckles of
    Halltown;  Mrs L. H. Moler ofF Hagerstown;  Mr. John Marshall Boteler of
    Washington City; Mrs Jane B. Twigg, Misses Margaret, Birdie, Gertrude and
    Bessie of Brunswick; and Mrs H. Boteler of Frederick.  She is also survived by
    three brothers, Messars Jno W. Marshall and P.P. Marshall of Kearneysville, and
    Dr R. M. Marshall of Shenandoah Junction, and two sisters,  Mrs Thomas
    Licklider of Kearneysville and Mrs Thomas Hilleary of Frederick County, MD.
    The funeral services were held in St. Mark's Protestant Episcopal Church,
    Petersville, Monday, by Rev. J. M. Yellot, assisted by Rev. Luther Martin.
