    MARSHALL, Levi  s/Aug 11 1807.  p/Sept 8 1807.  Heirs, wife (not named) Daughters Elisa, Emily, Sally and Polly Crawford. Sons, Levi and Joseph.  Son in law Nathan Crawford.  Wife to get house and lands, beginning on Timothy Pittman's lands, until it joins Greenbrier, down said creek to John Marshall's mill.  I make a reserve of three acres "opposit" his mill for use of him, John Marshall.  At my wife's death, I give same land to my son, Levi.  Also to my son Joseph, the tract I bought from Colonel Few, 400 acres.  Nathaniel Crawford to have land drawn in lottery.  Exrs. Joseph Marshall, wife and Dr. Nathaniel Crawford, brother Daniel.  Witness: William Booker, Mike Smelly and James Luke.
