Isom Isam RIggs was born in 1842 in IN.  Isom Isam RIggs' father was Ambrose Riggs Marshall and his mother was Cynthia Roby.  His paternal grandparents were Jesse Franklin Marshall and Catharine. He had three brothers and nine sisters, named Singleton, Leonard, Nelson, Matilda Ann, Louisa, Martha, Nancy, Cynthia, Martha, Nancy, Catharine and Malinda.  He was the eleventh oldest of the thirteen children.  He died at the age of 98 on March 2nd, 1940 in Des Arc, Prairie, Arkansas.
