Elizabeth was born on June 30th, 1788 in Hepburn Twp, Lycoming Co, PA.  Elizabeth's father was Peter Marshall II and her mother was Rachel Overfield.  Her paternal grandparents were Edward the Walker Marshall and Elizabeth Meaze Weiser. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James Van Camp, John, Edward, Thomas, Sarah and Amy Ann.  She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John, Elizabeth and Rebecca.  She died at the age of 38 in 1826 in Eldred, Lycoming, Pennsylvania.
