Andrew Lewis

Andrew was born in October 1758. Andrew's father was Gen. Andrew Lewis and his mother was Elizabeth Givens. His paternal grandparents were John pioneer Lewis and Margaret Lynn; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Givens and Sarah Cathey. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Samuel, Thomas, William, Ann and Charles. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 in 1844.
