Elizabeth Beaufort of Gaunt (Elizabeth Plantagenet) 
Elizabeth was born in 1364 in Burford, Shropshire, England.1 Elizabeth's father was John (of Gaunt) England and her mother was Princess Blanche Plantagenet. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Plantagenet of England III and Countess Phillipa of Hainault; her maternal grandparents were Duke of Lancaster Henry of Lancaster and Isabel de Beaumont. She had a brother and a sister, named Henry and Philippa. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Fairborn, Katherine and Joan. She died at the age of 61 on November 24th, 1425 in England. She was buried in Chapel Burford, Shropshire, England.2 1 -
