Beatrix de Lindsay 
Beatrix was born about 1312 in Castle Crawford, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Beatrix's father was Lord of Crawford Sir David De Lindsay and her mother was Mary de Abernethy. Her maternal grandfather was Sir Alexander de Abernethy. She had four brothers and a sister, named Sir Alexander, Philip, Sir William, Sir James and Margaret. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died in 1378 in Erskine, Renfrewshire, Scotland.-
