Sir John de Ferrers Lord of Charley (John Ferrars) 
John was born on June 20th, 1271 in Chartley, Staffordshire, England.1 John's father was Robert de Ferrers and his mother was Alianore de Bohun. His paternal grandparents were William de Ferrers and Margaret de Quincy; his maternal grandparents were 7th Earl of Hereford Humphrey de Bohun VI and Eleanor de Braose. He had a sister named Alianore. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 41 in 1312 in Gascony, France.1 -
