Otis Francis was born on March 4th, 1908 in Person Co, NC. Otis Francis' father was James Ruffin Yarbrough and his mother was Nancy Price. His paternal grandparents were Thomas 'Tom' Yarbrough and Sarah Ann Rhew. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Bedy F., James F., Johnny Pat, Ruby Ruffin, Howard Arthur, Effie H. and Susan. He died at the age of 55 on July 31st, 1963 in Longhurst, Person Co, NC. He was buried on August 2nd, 1963 in Person Memorial Cemetery, Person Co, NC.General Notes
