Caroline Celina was born about 1831. Caroline Celina's father was William WHITAKER Sr. and her mother was Elizabeth STAPLER. Her maternal grandparents were John S. STAPLER and Ann NORMAN. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named John, William, James, Joseph L., Elijah, Robert, Nathan, Elisabeth, Mahala and Nancy. She was the oldest of the eleven children.-
