Christopher Columbus Spears 
Christopher Columbus was born on August 20th, 1898 in Pointer Creek, Pulaski County, Kentucky. Christopher Columbus' father was James William Spears and his mother was Isabella Spaw. His paternal grandparents were Hezekiah "Ki" Spears and Catherine "Caty" Wesley; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Spaw and Frances "Fanny" Dick. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named George Riley, Hezekiah "Hessie", Albert Theodore "Bert", Rufus, John Thomas, James Hubert, William Catron, Banlow, Fannie Catrin, Octolona, Mary Ellen, Sarah Martha and Rosetta. He was the youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 71 on April 30th, 1970. He was buried in Lakeside Memorial Garden.-
