Banlow Spears 
Banlow was born on July 31st, 1894 in Pointer Creek, Pulaski County, Kentucky. Banlow's father was James William Spears and his mother was Isabella Spaw. His paternal grandparents were Hezekiah "Ki" Spears and Catherine "Caty" Wesley; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Spaw and Frances "Fanny" Dick. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named George Riley, Hezekiah "Hessie", Albert Theodore "Bert", Rufus, John Thomas, James Hubert, William Catron, Christopher Columbus, Fannie Catrin, Octolona, Mary Ellen, Sarah Martha and Rosetta. He was the third youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 80 on October 17th, 1974. He was buried in Lakeside Memorial Garden.-
