Rachael was born in 1876. Rachael's father was Spencer D. Simmons and her mother was Sarah Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. She had eight half-brothers and a half-sister, named James Arnold, Spencer Sargent, Obediah, Francis M., John, Monroe, Daniel, George and Eliza.General Notes
