George Simmons 
George was born in 1857. George's father was Spencer D. Simmons and his mother was Elizabeth Moss. His paternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. He had seven brothers and a sister, named James Arnold, Spencer Sargent, Obediah, Francis M., John, Monroe, Daniel and Eliza. He was the youngest of the nine children. He had a half-sister named Rachael.General Notes
