Charles Thomas Shofner 
Charles Thomas was born on February 15th, 1903 in Kentucky.1 Charles Thomas' father was Thomas Jefferson Shofner and his mother was Louisa Catherine Skaggs. His maternal grandparents were Henry David Skaggs and Ruth S. Salsman. He had two brothers and four sisters, named David Cleaver, Chester Young, Ruth Janel, Bettie Susan, Myrtle White and Ethel Maye. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at just 1 days old on February 16th, 1903.1 General Notes
