Stephen Skaggs 
Stephen was born in 1785 in Green County, Kentucky.1 Stephen's father was Henry Skaggs and his mother was Berry (Nannie) Skaggs. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Mary. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, Jeremiah, Joseph, William, Sarah, Nancy and Mary. He died at the age of 74 on October 27th, 1859 in Green County, Kentucky. He was buried in Corinth Baptist Cemetery, Larue County, Kentucky.2 2 -
